I have personally built and deployed Clojure applications within the Health Care industry, the Energy Sector and latest within Finance and while Clojure has been received with much enthusiasm, I just dont think it's right that I should have all the fun.
Clojure Training sessions or labs are not an entirely new concept, but Europe has not had as great opportunities for quality training sessions as those in America. Earlier this year, I discussed the situation with my long time friend and competit.. I mean, colleague Christophe Grand.
Christophe is a phenomenal Clojurian whom I've never had the pleasure of tag-teaming with on any significant task, but thats about to change as we have decided to team-up in order to provide some high-quality training sessions, aimed at preparing the attendants for work in the field.
Currently we are compiling the curriculum and building a website where you can register for these sessions, but before we launch, please ping us if you are interested in a seat. Christophe has prepared the form which you see below.
Depending on the amount of interest, the location of those interested and also their respective time-preferences the schedule isn't set in stone. It is however very possible that the first class will be held late June in Brussels as its central and easy to get to and from - but again, please give us a shout if something doesn't fit your schedule.
